As one of big industrial sectors of DMEGC, flexible magnet division mainly manufactures bonded ferrite magnets, mainly including magnetic stripe for motor, extruded door gasket, coiled material for crafts, magnetic sheet, rubber magnetic roller, motor magnet ring for precision motor, motor rotor used in frequency conversion and flexible magnet granular material. Our products are widely used in top-grade automobile sensors like seat motor, sunroof motor, EPS system and induction magnet ring for automobile motor.Now, we have German and Japanese granulate production lines, fully-automatic central feeding system, fully-automatic manipulator injection molding machines, constant automatic magnetizing equipment, automated production line for halogen-free magnetic stripe used in micro motor and automated production line for ultrathin rubber magnetic sheet used in crafts. We have annual production of 1500 tons of granular materials, 80 million magnet rings, 3 million injection molding rotors, 2000 tons of magnetic stripes for motor, and 12000 tons of rubber magnetic sheets.
