Hard Alloy
Hard alloy plant is a backbone plant of DMEGC, as well as the R & D cooperation unit with China's army research institute.
It was founded in 1993. It has advanced facilities and production processes with capacity of 400 tons of tungsten carbibe powder and 200 tons of carbide anvil. The plant has acquired ISO9001 quality system certificate.。 The main products cover carbide anvil, diamond substrate and non-standard products，including high-speed wire rod rolling, cold upsetting die, non-magnetic alloy products, sealing rings,drawing die, cutting tools, mining and oil drilling mining tool column teeth and etc. The products are widely used in artificial diamond, super - hard material, powder metallurgy, the iron and steel, military products, the mining, machinery and electronics industries.
Its non-magnetic hard alloy and manufacturing process have obtained national invention patent: 03124256.1
Water Purifying Systems
Dongyang DMEGC New Energy Co., Ltd was set up in July, 2012, specializing in the production of water gas. In order to put an end to the dark smoke by coal sintering and reduce the sulfur dioxide contamination upon environment caused by burning coal, oil and coal tar as well as improve local people’s living condition, we are changing the current coal burning and electric kilns into gas kilns to improve thermal efficiency, reduce energy consumption of unit as well as the production cost for our magnetic products. At the same time, some other series of technical measures are adopted such as Waste Heat Recovery has improved the production efficiency and saved energy, contributing to the industry upgrade. So far, our company has been equipped with 2 sets of cold gas generators of 3.6m two-section style, achieving good results in economy, environment and social profit.
Rare-Earth Magnet mining
Ganzhou Xinsheng Rare Earth Company was founded in 2003 with registered capital of RMB 12 Million and was taken control by Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co., Ltd in 2006 ( stock code: 002056). Our company is located in Gan County Industrial Area, GanZhou City, covering a land area of 22000 square meters and a construction area of 12000 square meters.
Our company was put into production in 2004 with production capacity of 2100 Tons ion-absorbing type rare earths ore. As a specialized rare earth material manufacturer, we are adopting the process of national advanced hydrometallurgical fuzzy extraction separation technology.
Our major products include fluorescent level Europium oxide (Eu2O3/REO≥99.999%), Terbium oxide(Tb4O7/REO≥99.99%, Dysprosium oxide (Dy2O3/REO≥99.9%), Lanthanum oxide La2O3/REO≥99.99%）, Praseodymium-Neodymium Oxide [(Pr,Nd)xOy/REO≥99.5%] and other series.
